The housing crisis is not just about not building enough homes, it is about affordability. If public discussion continues to focus only on housing shortages, meaningful change will remain out of reach.

What we urgently need are homes people can realistically afford. With today’s technology, it is hard to believe the construction and engineering industries can’t deliver high-quality, cost-effective prefab housing solutions.
